I took my first photos when I acquired a Polaroid 3000 camera at age twelve. A couple of years later, I was introducted to both SLR and dual reflex cameras in a 9th grade photography class. Within a couple of years I had purchased my first SLR, left the dairy farm in Wyoming and began a lifetime of traveling and documenting my life.
As a painter, designer and artist, I feel that photography captures the very essence of fleeting light -- and shadow.
While photography skills can certainly be taught -- and learned, what makes a photograph unique and single, is the artist's eye.
I use this forum to share what my 'eye' has captured.
